Premise
Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022 implemented Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
Guidelines on accessibility of services, in implementation of art. 21 of Legislative Decree no. 82/2022.
The decree was published in the Official Journal (General Series no. 152 of 01-07-2022) and entered into force on 16 July 2022, but the related provisions are effective from 28 June 2025.
UGA Nutraceuticals srl is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Law no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements of products and services. This accessibility statement applies to the websites https://www.omegor.com/.
Compatibility status with requirements
The website https://www.omegor.com/ is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the cases of non-compliance and/or exceptions listed below. UGA Nutraceuticals srl is conducting, together with its suppliers, an analysis aimed at making the necessary interventions to make the sites in question accessible and compliant with the standard.
Inaccessible content
The following content is not accessible because it is not compatible with the underlying harmonised standard EN 301 549:
- There are links without link text on many pages.
- On a page there is a list element that is not part of a list.
- On several pages, the contrast between text and background is too low.
- Single pages have 'iframe' elements without captions. Screen reader navigation to iframes is difficult.
- There are unlabeled form fields on several pages. It is difficult to navigate to the form fields with screen readers.
- There are buttons on all pages without labels. It is difficult to navigate to the buttons with screen readers.
- There are titles on many pages that either do not have a caption or contain the aria-hidden attribute and are therefore not accessible to screen readers.
- There are invalid values of the aria attribute on several pages. They are not recognized by screen readers and therefore are not displayed correctly.
- The values of the 'autocomplete' attributes are not correct on a page. As a result, they may not be recognized by the browser.
- On individual pages, there are focusable elements that are marked as decorative and are therefore accessible to assistive technologies, but which should actually be ignored.
- On single pages, a parent element is missing its corresponding child elements. This can confuse screen reader users, as they expect content that is not there.
- On many pages, there are particularly important areas that are marked with the role 'region' but have no labeling. This means that screen reader users cannot recognize the purpose and content of the area.
- There are interactive elements on all pages whose names are not part of the labeling. This makes it difficult to control the website using voice control.
- There are elements on single pages that are assigned to a role but do not contain the required attributes. These elements may not display correctly with screen readers depending on their role.
- There are lists on individual pages that contain items that do not belong in the lists. As a result, the lists may not be rendered correctly by assistive technologies.
The code developments and future ones have been and will be developed in accordance with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines. The declaration was created on 26.06.2025 .
