Shipping in Italy and Spain: wellness arrives quickly
Your products will reach you in just 1-2 business days. Here are our shipping costs:
- FREE for orders over €20 (Italy and Spain)
- €3 for orders under €20 (Italy and Spain)
- €5 for shipments handled via DHL service (Italy only)
In Spain, delivery is entrusted to local couriers based on the area to ensure fast times and tracking at all times.
International shipping: wellness knows no borders
We ship worldwide with DHL. In 4-10 business days, our supplements will travel across land and sea to reach you.

For shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are separate from shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
Our specialty: temperature-controlled shipping
We are pioneers in Italy in the refrigerated shipping of supplements. Temperature-controlled shipping takes place in Eurodifarm vans, the same ones used by pharmaceutical distributors. For a small additional cost, your Omega-3s travel fresh and secure:
- €15 for orders from 0 to 5 kg
- €30 for orders over 5 kg
Delivery time: 4-10 business days. The courier will contact you to arrange the delivery time. Delivery times are slightly longer, particularly on the islands, because it is necessary to ensure the cold chain and product freshness at every step.
A small recommendation: provide an address where there will always be someone available to receive the shipment (a concierge, your office, or another). This will make the journey of your Omega-3s much smoother.
