Can I combine Cardiol, Omegor Krill and Omegor Antiage on the same day?
My advice is to take one softgel of Cardiol in the evening just before dinner and two capsules of Omegor Krill before breakfast or lunch, but without taking Omegor Antiage.
The reason is not about overdosing but because the Cardiol-Omegor Krill combination is, in my opinion, an effective combination by itself, providing a sufficient dose of omega-3 to ensure good cardiovascular protection along with a solid daily amount of antioxidants and micronutrients.
The product Cardiol combines omega-3 fatty acids with antioxidants such as CoQ10 and plant extracts including red yeast rice rich in monacolin K, useful for maintaining physiological cholesterol levels.
Omegor Krill is rich in omega-3 EPA and DHA in phospholipid form, which is better absorbed. This chemical structure allows omega-3 to selectively accumulate in the nervous system and red blood cell membranes. Moreover, krill oil naturally contains the antioxidant astaxanthin, which belongs to the large family of carotenoids, but it is the only one that, due to its physicochemical characteristics, can cross the blood-brain barrier and exert its antioxidant and protective activity at the cellular level of the nervous system.
I remain available for any further questions.
