Does Cardiol contain gluten?

Omegor products are, in principle, gluten-free (this also applies to the outer shell, made of food-grade gelatin, glycerol, and purified water).

However, even if theoretically absent, the presence of infinitesimal traces of gluten cannot be completely excluded. The maximum concentration tolerated by all celiac individuals is 20 milligrams per kilogram of food. 

Although the raw materials we use do not contain gluten, we are working to ensure there is no “cross-contamination” during the various production phases, as well as to allow a clear indication on the label regarding its absence.
