Cardiol, is it better to take it before or after dinner?

I have noticed a contradiction between the instructions on the leaflet and those on the outer box regarding the intake of Cardiol softgel capsules. While the leaflet suggests taking the softgel with meals, the box advises taking it shortly before dinner. Could you please clarify the correct way to take it? The correct method of administration is to take one capsule of Cardiol per day, preferably in the evening shortly before dinner, to increase absorption with the meal and the effectiveness of the product.
