What is the difference between Omegor Vitality and Omegor Twinefa?

Dear Oscar,

Omegor Vitality is a supplement containing only Omega-3 fatty acids. Each softgel of Vitality 1000 contains 1000 milligrams of fish oil: 420 mg of EPA and 210 mg of DHA in the form of natural triglycerides, which are more easily absorbed by our body.

The Omega-3 fatty acids are important to promote cardiovascular health as well as to support the reduction of inflammation, which in some cases is subclinical and manifests through various disorders:

  • headaches
  • malaise
  • dry skin
  • digestive system disorders
  • anxiety
  • depression

Omegor Twinefa is a supplement based on fish oil and borage oil, the latter being a source of Omega-6 GLA. Each softgel of Omegor Twinefa contains 400 milligrams of EPA, 200 milligrams of DHA, and 10 milligrams of GLA. The combination of Omega-3 and Omega-6 is particularly useful to:

  • ensure proper skin trophism;
  • perform an effective anti-inflammatory action;
  • balance mood tone in depressive disorders.

The anti-inflammatory effect of GLA has also been studied to counteract excessive dryness of the skin, skin aging, and atopic eczema

I remain available for further information.

Best regards.
