How long can I take Omegor Vitality? Can it be given to children?

no suspension periods are required during supplementation: any interruption depends solely on you and your needs.
Regarding the administration of Omega-3 to children, there are several options:
- for infants, it is possible to administer a supplement such as VitaDHA liquid (in the amount of 1–3 milliliters per day diluted in milk or baby food), a product specifically formulated for the needs of mothers and infants;
- for children aged 3 to 12 years, the supplement Omegor Twinefa, which contains Omega-3 and Omega-6, may be more suitable.
Scientific studies have shown that the administration of both of these essential fatty acids improves learning ability, reading speed, and attention.
