How Much Omega-3 to Lower Cholesterol Levels?

Dear Augusto,

To help lower cholesterol and LDL levels, I would recommend taking 1 capsule of Cardiol Forte shortly before dinner.

Cardiol Forte is a supplement rich in active ingredients that promote heart health. It contains Omega-3 fatty acids that help increase the "good" HDL cholesterol and stabilize heart rate and rhythm.

Cardiol Forte also contains fermented red rice extract, olive extract standardized in hydroxytyrosol, coenzyme Q10, and an artichoke leaf extract standardized in bioflavonoids and polyphenols. The bioflavonoids in the artichoke extract have choleretic, cholagogue, and hepatoprotective activity; they also inhibit cholesterol biosynthesis and protect LDL from oxidative damage.

The formulation is completed with vitamin E, piperine, and folic acid (which helps reduce plasma homocysteine levels, a metabolite harmful to the vascular endothelium). You can increase your intake of fatty acids by combining Cardiol Forte with 1-2 capsules of Omegor Vitality 1000, a very pure Omega-3 supplement containing 535 mg EPA and 268 mg DHA per capsule.

We suggest you discuss this further with your doctor to evaluate the possibility of using our supplements.

I remain at your disposal for any further questions.
