Memory and concentration, which supplement improves them?
Hello, I am 50 years old, I am in menopause and I have high cholesterol, triglycerides, and homocysteine. I am taking Cardiol Forte and a sachet of plant sterols. I wanted to know if I can also take Omegor Mind because I also have concentration and memory problems.
Dear Genny,
The components of the product Cardiol Forte, combined with plant sterols, are useful for controlling blood cholesterol levels and, to a lesser extent, for normalizing triglyceride levels. Cardiol Forte is characterized by a formulation based on fish oil and plant extracts, so I do not recommend combining Omegor Mind with it, as it has a similar multicomponent formulation.
Instead, I suggest adding Omegor Krill to your current supplementation. This product contains omega-3 EPA and DHA in phospholipid form, which makes them particularly absorbable at the brain level. Furthermore, Omegor Krill contains astaxanthin, a natural antioxidant capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier to act directly on the brain.
Because of these characteristics, Omegor Krill is particularly indicated in cases of psychophysical stress, poor concentration, and poor memory. The dosage is 2 capsules per day, preferably taken in the earlier part of the day. I remain available for further information.
