Memory crisis with stress, what supplement can help me?

Dear Madam, To support memory and cognitive function tone, the product that could be most useful for you is definitely Omegor Mind. For psychophysical stress, you may find support in supplementation with Omegor Krill. Therefore, I recommend combining the two supplements. Omegor Mind is a dietary supplement that provides comprehensive support for cognitive functions, energy metabolism, and the immune system. It has a balanced and specific formulation based on:
  • omega‐3 EPA and DHA
  • omega‐6 GLA
  • a clinically tested extract of Bacopa monnieri – Bacomind®
  • optimal levels of all B group vitamins, zinc, and vitamin C.
The Bacopa extract used in Omegor Mind has been shown in particular to improve various memory-related functions – working memory, logical memory, personal life memory, visual and auditory memory. The dosage for Omegor Mind is 2 capsules per day.

Psychophysical stress and concentration difficulties: Omegor Krill can be beneficial.

The other product you can combine with Omegor Mind is indeed Omegor Krill – a dietary supplement based on Krill oil, extracted from the small crustacean living in the Antarctic zooplankton. Krill extract acts by promoting the well-being of the nervous system and can be useful in cases of psychophysical stress and difficulty concentrating. In fact, Krill oil:
  • contains omega‐3 EPA and DHA fatty acids in the form of **phospholipids**, which are particularly bioavailable;
  • is a rich source of **organic phosphorus** in a **directly absorbable** form;
  • is also a natural source of **astaxanthin**, the only carotenoid capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier and exerting a powerful **antioxidant effect at the nervous system level**.
The recommended dose for Omegor Krill is 2 capsules per day, preferably taken in the first part of the day, because in some individuals the presence of the phospholipid phosphatidylcholine can cause a mild stimulating effect. To combine the two products and proceed with the dual supplementation, I recommend:
  • taking the two Omegor Krill capsules in the morning with breakfast and the two Omegor Mind capsules near lunch or dinner;
  • taking both products continuously for periods of about 2 or 3 months;
  • taking a one-month break from supplements every 2 or 3 months.
The schedule I suggest is therefore: 2 or 3 months of supplementation with Omegor Mind and Omegor Krill – one month without supplements – another 2 or 3 months of supplementation, and so on.
