What is the best Omega-3 supplement for high cholesterol and triglycerides?

I have high cholesterol and triglycerides, the first is at 262. What product do you recommend?

The product that could help you is Cardiol® Forte, a supplement rich in active ingredients able to promote cardiovascular system health to be taken in doses of 1 capsule per day, preferably before dinner. 

Inside Cardiol® Forte there is an artichoke leaf extract standardized in polyphenols (chlorogenic acid and derivatives) and flavonoids (luteolin-7-glucoside and derivatives), associated by scientific studies with effects on blood cholesterol levels, with protective properties towards the liver and capable of regulating bile production. This extract is combined with olive polyphenols (allies against atherosclerotic phenomena promoted by oxidation of "bad" cholesterol), vitamin E (antioxidant), folic acid (which by contributing to the normal metabolism of homocysteine keeps under control an independent cardiovascular risk factor), and fermented red rice dry extract (source of natural statins, molecules acting on cholesterol synthesis).
