Omega-3 for a healthy heart?

Thank you for writing to me. Omega-3 fatty acids are valuable allies of our health at all ages, and our company specializes in the formulation and production of omega-3 dietary supplements to meet different needs and health requirements. However, omega-3 supplementation should be understood as a nutritional support with nutritional and physiological effects to promote the regular functioning of the body and rebalance deficiency states. The individual need for omega-3 largely depends on lifestyle and diet followed:
