Can Omega-3 be taken with blood pressure pills?

Dear Roberto,

The regular consumption of Omega-3 EPA and DHA supports a moderate reduction in blood pressure by improving vascular compliance and slightly increasing peripheral vasodilation, which promotes better oxygenation of all tissues.

The recommended daily dose of Omega-3 EPA and DHA is 1 gram per day, corresponding to 2 softgels of 1410 mg of Omegor Vitality. Omegor Antiage is another product suitable for your wife: it is a formulation very rich in active ingredients that help skin trophism, microcirculation, and support the resolution of inflammatory phenomena. The main nutrients are Omega-3 EPA and DHA fatty acids (450 mg per capsule) and Omega-6 GLA fatty acid (30 mg per capsule) from borage oil. This combination helps maintain proper skin trophism, exert an effective anti-inflammatory action, and balance mood.

The Omegor Antiage formulation also contains important nutrients with strong antioxidant activity: resveratrol, curcumin, tocotrienols, and coenzyme Q10. These nutrients help counteract free radical formation and prevent inflammatory and oxidative processes that cause loss of tone and elasticity, as well as skin aging.

The recommended dose is 1 softgel per day, to be taken before a main meal. To increase daily Omega-3 intake, up to 2 softgels of Omegor Vitality can be added.

I hope I have answered your questions thoroughly. Please feel free to contact us for any further information.
