Which Omega-3 supplement to choose for hair health?

lipids are essential for skin health and play an important role in the stratum corneum.
They support the proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes (the structural cells of skin, nails, and hair), making the skin more hydrated and healthier, and the hair stronger. The product I recommend is Omegor Twinefa, a supplement of Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and the Omega-6 fatty acid GLA.
Several scientific studies have shown that the combination of Omega-3 and Omega-6 is particularly useful for:
- ensuring proper skin nourishment;
