I can't sleep well, is there a supplement that can help me?
Good morning, my name is Asim and I am 23 years old. I would like to know what I could take to help me fall asleep and sleep better. For a couple of years, I haven't been sleeping well, I suffer from nightmares and get scared—I don’t know what to do. I’d also like to ask about something for concentration: I can’t work or focus on anything I do.
Dear Asim,
Omega-3 EPA and DHA are essential for overall health. In particular, an adequate and balanced intake of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6) is essential for:
- normalizing the function of nerve cells;
- producing and releasing the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine.
Omegor Twinefa is the most suitable formulation for your needs: in this product, Omega-3 EPA and DHA act synergistically with the Omega-6 fatty acid GLA. This results in an anti-inflammatory effect as well as enhanced serotonergic transmission, which improves mood, concentration, and sleep quality.
I recommend starting with 3 capsules per day, taken with main meals, for a minimum of 2 months. After this initial treatment phase, you may reduce the dose to 1–2 capsules per day if you wish. You can take the capsules all at once or at different times of the day. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can pierce them and take the oil directly or mix it with plain or citrus yogurt.
I would also like to inform you that a new product, Omegor Krill, is now available. Its formulation is particularly suited for states of mental and physical fatigue, as well as to improve concentration and memory. I hope this information has been helpful.
I remain at your disposal for any further clarification.
Kind regards,
Dr. Rosaria Ramondino Pharmacist and Pharmaceutical Chemist
