Omegor Kids in capsules, how and when to give them to my child?

Dear Luigi,

Your child can take the Omegor Kids chewable capsules at any time of the day.

If your child has difficulty swallowing the gelatin shell, they can swallow the contents of the capsule and discard the shell afterward.
