Omegor Mind: what dosage at 18 years old?

Is the dosage of Omegor Mind for youths up to 18 years one capsule per day? For the entire age range? A person who is 18 years old is already an adult: can they take the full dosage of two capsules per day, or is there a risk of side effects? Thank you.

The dosage of 2 capsules per day is absolutely suitable for an 18-year-old without side effects normally being observed. Two capsules per day ensure an intake of EPA and DHA above the recommended daily dose of 250 mg and 225 mg of BacoMind – which corresponds to the dosage used in studies where effects on learning ability were evaluated.


A dosing tip: it is best to take the capsules with a main meal – breakfast, lunch, or dinner – to facilitate absorption of the active ingredients contained therein. I remain available for further information.
