Omegor Vitality liquid: what is the daily dose that allows me to replace the capsules?

I take 4 capsules of Omegor Vitality 1000 daily. I would like to try Omegor Vitality liquid, but what is the daily dose that can replace the capsules? Thank you, Emanuele


Dear Emanuele,

Omegor Vitality liquid is the liquid version of Omegor Vitality developed for heavy users. Each package contains 20 single-dose vials, each providing 5 g of EPA and DHA. Based on your usual daily intake of EPA and DHA, you could consume half a vial of Omegor Vitality liquid per day or, even better for freshness, one vial every other day, ensuring an average intake of at least 2.5 g of EPA and DHA.
