Psychophysical stress, sports and high cholesterol: is there a single supplement?

Dear Rosi,

There is a supplement that potentially acts both on psychophysical stress and to help control cholesterol: it is Omegor Krill, which I recommend you try at a dosage of 2 capsules per day, to be taken in the first part of the day. Omegor Krill is a completely natural supplement, as it contains only krill oil – the lipid extract obtained from the krill crustacean which combines the benefits of omega-3 EPA and DHA with those of the antioxidant astaxanthin. Krill oil contains omega-3 EPA and DHA fatty acids in the form of phospholipids – a structure that:

- makes omega-3 fatty acids more absorbable by our body;
- increases their distribution at the level of the nervous system and red blood cells.

In this way, with a krill oil supplementation it is possible to obtain:

- better responses to states of psychophysical stress;
- support a better capacity of concentration;
- support control of the lipid profile and cholesterol levels.

Furthermore, the astaxanthin present in krill is the only carotenoid able to cross the blood-brain barrier and thus exert its powerful antioxidant effect at the level of the nervous system. Since you engage in frequent sports activity, are also committed to your studies, and have cholesterol levels to keep under control – for all these reasons, I believe that krill oil supplementation with Omegor Krill can potentially provide support for you. I nevertheless recommend consulting your doctor – especially if you are following concomitant pharmacological therapies. I remain at your disposal for further information and invite you to contact us again.
