I am a 45 year old athlete, how many Vitality pearls should I take per day?
Hello. I am interested in Omegor Vitality pearls. I am a well-trained athlete, 45 years old, and I want to supplement with Omega-3. I saw that on the online shop there are two versions: 60 pearls of 500 mg and 30 pearls of 1000 mg. First of all, I would like to know how many pearls I should take per day considering that I train almost every day. Additionally, which format do you recommend? Best regards.

Nutritional supplementation with Omega-3 fatty acids is very useful in case of physical activity: it makes red blood cells more flexible and easily deformable, allowing them to reach the furthest parts of the body even under conditions of lactic acid accumulation (as happens during intense physical effort). In particular:
Omega-3 fatty acids have also shown a protective effect in exercise-induced bronchoconstriction. The 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA omega-3 fatty acids found in Omegor Vitality 1000 helps minimize inflammation of muscles and joints. Since your training intensity is very high, I suggest starting with 2 pearls per day of Omegor Vitality 1000 (30 pearls pack) for 1-2 weeks. You can then increase your Omega-3 intake to 3 pearls per day or combine it with another supplement such as Omegor Antiage. The formulation of Omegor Antiage is composed as follows:
Continue supplementation for at least 6 weeks, after which you can perform a blood test to evaluate the Omega-3 percentage in your cell membranes. Based on the result, you can adjust your daily fatty acid dosage to best suit you.
