Which of your supplements is recommended for skin and hair?
Hello, I have been using Omegor Vitality 1000 for quite some time. At first, 2 capsules a day, then 1. My goal is to improve the appearance of my skin and hair. How many capsules should I take daily to achieve this? Thank you.
Dear Roberto,
Supplementing with Omega-3 fatty acids is particularly useful for your goal, as lipids are essential to maintain the structural and functional integrity of the skin.
They also play an important role in the stratum corneum: they allow the proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes (the structural cells of skin, nails, and hair), making the skin more hydrated and healthier, and the hair stronger. The most suitable product in your case is Omegor Antiage, a formulation rich in active ingredients that support skin nourishment and microcirculation. It also helps resolve inflammatory phenomena.
The main nutrients are Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and the Omega-6 fatty acid GLA from borage oil. The anti-inflammatory effect of GLA has also been studied to combat excessive skin dryness, skin aging, and atopic eczema. Omegor Antiage’s formulation includes important nutrients with strong antioxidant activity (Resveratrol, Curcumin, Tocotrienols, and Coenzyme Q10), capable of counteracting free radical formation and preventing inflammatory and oxidative processes underlying aging and loss of skin tone and elasticity.
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, to be taken before a main meal. If you want to increase your daily Omega-3 intake, you can combine Omegor Antiage with one capsule of Omegor Vitality 1000. You can take both supplements together in a single dose. I hope this helps, and please feel free to contact us again for any further information.
Kind regards.
