Which supplement against physical and mental stress? Can I combine vitamins with supplements for memory and concentration?
Dear Aldo,
The Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are essential for the health of the body. An adequate and balanced intake of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids is indispensable for the normal functioning of nerve cells as well as for the production and release of two important neurotransmitters: serotonin and dopamine.
Omegor Krill is a supplement based on pure lipid extract of krill developed to improve the response to psychophysical stress as well as concentration ability.
The krill oil is a complex of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in phospholipid form and the carotenoid Astaxanthin. It allows benefiting from the preventive anti-inflammatory effect of Omega-3s and the powerful antioxidant action of Astaxanthin. The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, to be taken shortly before or during meals. Alternatively, I suggest the product Omegor Twinefa, a supplement rich in Omega-3 EPA and DHA and Omega-6 GLA from borage oil.
The combination of these two classes of fatty acids is useful to:
- balance mood;
- ensure proper skin trophism;
- perform an effective anti-inflammatory action.
The recommended daily dose is at least 2 capsules per day, to be taken before a meal. I remain available for further information. Best regards.
