Is it advisable to stop taking Twinefa for a period?

I have been taking Omegor Antiage for over a year with excellent results. I would like to know if it is advisable to occasionally pause the treatment, and if there are any contraindications to continuing it uninterrupted. Thank you.

It is not necessary to stop the treatment.

If you prefer to have breaks (maximum 1 month), I still recommend conducting supplementation cycles lasting 2-3 months. This timeframe will allow the active ingredients to fully exert their effects.
