Does taking Vitality interfere with taking iron?

Does taking Vitality interfere with iron supplementation?


Dear Corinna,


taking Omegor Vitality during iron treatment does not cause any interference.

I recommend spacing out the supplements by about 3 hours to prevent possible oxidation of fatty acids caused by iron. I also strongly advise that you inform your physician before starting any supplementation alongside other medications, as they are familiar with your medical history and can provide the best guidance.
