Can I take Cardiol, Omegor Twinefa and Omegor Antiage at the same time?
Dear Loredana,
thank you for choosing our products.
Omegor Antiage is a dietary supplement based on:
- Omega-3 EPA and DHA;
- gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from borage oil;
- antioxidants (resveratrol, curcumin, alpha-lipoic acid, tocotrienols, sesamin, and piperine).
The combination of these active ingredients provides several benefits:
- reduction of silent inflammation;
- reduction of oxidative stress;
- maintenance of overall well-being.
Cardiol is a supplement formulated to ensure cardiovascular system health by acting on multiple fronts. This product is useful if a strong cholesterol-lowering effect is desired, along with a good ability to normalize other blood lipid values. The fish oil and red yeast rice present in Cardiol are effective in lowering cholesterol levels comparable to prescription statins.
The other components of the formulation (bioflavonoids, policosanols, tocotrienols, vitamin B3) work synergistically with red yeast rice and help to reduce LDL cholesterol. If you do not have dyslipidemia issues, it is not necessary to combine Omegor Twinefa and Cardiol. Therefore, I recommend taking one of the two supplements for a month (the dosage for Omegor Twinefa is 1 capsule before a main meal, while for Cardiol it is 1 capsule before dinner).
If you want to increase your daily Omega-3 intake, you can add 1–2 capsules of Omegor Vitality.
I remain available for any further clarification. Dr. Rosaria Ramondino Pharmacist and Pharmaceutical Chemist
