I have high cholesterol and triglyceride levels: can I combine Meaquor with Cardiol?

Dear Giovanni,

Cardiol is a supplement rich in active ingredients and vitamins that supports the full health of the cardiovascular system.

In fact, Omega-3 helps to:

  • reduce blood triglycerides;
  • promote the increase of "good" HDL cholesterol;
  • stabilize heart rate and rhythm.

Red yeast rice, bioflavonoids, policosanols, tocotrienols, and vitamin B3 work synergistically to effectively reduce "bad" LDL cholesterol. Cardiol also helps reduce levels of plasma homocysteine, a metabolite harmful to the vascular endothelium, thanks to folic acid and vitamin B12. The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, to be taken shortly before dinner.

The combination with 1 capsule of Meaquor that you suggested is definitely advisable to achieve a more effective action on blood triglyceride levels. Meaquor is indeed a product extremely rich in Omega-3, providing 900 milligrams of EPA and DHA per capsule. Please remember to always inform your primary care physician about starting any dietary supplementation as well as any dietary or other changes you plan to make.

In summary, I recommend you:

  • take 1 capsule of Meaquor before a main meal;
  • take 1 capsule of Cardiol in the evening before dinner (the two products can also be taken together in a single evening dose).

I invite you to repeat blood tests after 2 months of supplementation to monitor your blood parameters and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. I remain available for any further information.
