When is it useful to take Eulipid?

I would like to know when it is useful to take Eulipid? Thank you, Alessandro

Dear Alessandro,

Eulipid is a supplement made solely from plant extracts and nutrients without fish oil. The main active ingredient in the formulation is berberine, which works by inhibiting hepatic cholesterol uptake. Berberine is also effective in controlling postprandial blood glucose.

Eulipid is indicated for cholesterol control in individuals who do not tolerate statin treatment and in all situations characterized by the co-presence of multiple cardiovascular risk factors and diabetes, known as metabolic syndrome.

The recommended dose of Eulipid is one tablet per day to be taken in the evening close to dinner. Supplementation with Eulipid should last for at least two months, after which routine tests should be repeated to verify the effectiveness of the supplementation. In some cases, Eulipid can be combined with Cardiol supplementation to act on higher cholesterol levels through two different mechanisms of action without increasing the daily dose of monacolin K.
