Epilepsy: Which product is best?
Good evening, I would like to try your omega-3 products. The person is already undergoing treatment for epilepsy and has dermatitis of presumed allergic/autoimmune origin. Which would you recommend between Omegor Vitality 1000 and Meaquor 1000? I am especially interested in the neuroprotective effect, thank you very much.
Dear Simona,
Some scientific research has shown that omega-3s can help people with epilepsy by reducing seizures.
For example, a study from a few years ago, which we also discussed in our blog, found a decrease in the frequency of epileptic seizures, probably due to the ability of omega-3s to regulate nerve signal transmission.
Omega-3s are essential components of neurons, regulating their growth and function and exerting a neuroprotective effect, as demonstrated by several studies. In light of this scientific evidence, if your trusted doctor agrees, I recommend trying supplementation with Omegor Vitality 1000, a fish oil-based product rich in omega-3.
Each softgel contains 500 milligrams of EPA and 250 milligrams of DHA in triglyceride form, which is highly absorbable and digestible by the body. The recommended dose is 2-3 capsules of Omegor Vitality 1000 per day.
Best regards
