I use Ephynal 300: can I take it with Omegor Vitality?

Dear Andrea,

I don’t know if you are taking Ephinal 300 for deficiencies, malabsorption disorders, or particular needs.

The combination of a vitamin E supplement with Omega-3 fatty acids is definitely recommended, as EPA and DHA are easily susceptible to oxidation which leads to the formation of free radicals. In these cases, the daily requirement for the antioxidant vitamin E increases: this can be addressed through diet (the richest food sources are nuts and extra virgin olive oil) or by using a medication like the one you are already taking. Regarding Omegor Vitality, you can take it as you prefer: in a single dose or split into two doses during the day, preferably close to a meal.
