Ask the Pharmacist

Is my child's diet low in Omega-3?

Dear Madam,

It is important that during growth the children’s diet is not poor in Omega-3. Therefore, I strongly recommend supplementing your child’s diet with Omegor Kids syrup, a supplement designed for younger children and formulated with omega-3 and important nutrients for the child’s growth and for the optimal development of their cognitive and visual abilities

Since your child does not like to eat fish, this supplementation is necessary to ensure an adequate intake of omega-3 DHA and EPA fatty acids.

Omegor Kids is a dietary supplement based on algal oil rich in omega-3 DHA and EPA and vitamin C and D3 in a pleasant honey emulsion.

The dose is 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml per day and you can give it to your child at any time of the day, for example at breakfast or snack time;

Omegor Kids can be taken as is—thanks to its pleasant taste—or added to yogurt or smoothies.

I remain available for further information.

Best regards,
