Seborrheic Dermatitis: Which Supplement Is Best?

Dear Nicola,

For the health of the skin and its appendages, especially in cases of issues such as seborrheic dermatitis, omega-3s can be very helpful.

In particular, it can be even more beneficial to consume omega-3s (EPA and DHA) in combination with omega-6s (GLA)

These fatty acids integrate into the structure of cell membranes and, through various mechanisms, exert an effective anti-inflammatory action.

For this reason, I recommend 2 capsules per day of Omegor Vitality 1000 (available in packs of 30 or 45 softgels) and to combine these with 1 capsule of Omegor Antiage, which contains fish oil, borage oil rich in omega-6 GLA, and other nutrients with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions.

It is preferable to take the capsules close to a main meal to favor the absorption of the ingredients. I recommend following this supplementation for at least 2 months to allow the substances to exert their beneficial effects.

Best regards,
