Omega-3 Supplements, What’s the Difference Between Meaquor and Vitality?
I would like to know the difference between Meaquor 1000 and Omegor Vitality. Thank you.
Good morning,
The differences between Meaquor 1000 and Omegor Vitality 1000 lie in the formulation of the two supplements and the type of benefit they can offer. Although both supplements provide a pure and high integration of Omega-3 DHA and EPA, their formulations are calibrated differently.
Meaquor 1000
Meaquor 1000 is a dietary supplement based on fish oil with a high concentration of omega-3 EPA and DHA: among the two supplements mentioned above, it is the most suitable in case of hypertriglyceridemia. In fact, the high amount of omega-3 EPA and DHA per capsule makes Meaquor 1000 able to effectively contribute to maintaining normal blood triglyceride concentrations. To achieve this effect, it is necessary to take 2 g of EPA and DHA per day - corresponding to 2-3 capsules of Meaquor.
Omegor Vitality 1000
Omegor Vitality 1000 is instead a dietary supplement of concentrated and pure fish oil that provides per capsule 420 mg of EPA and 210 mg of DHA. Among the supplements in our line, Omegor Vitality is recommended when:
- a nutritional supplementation is sought because fish is not regularly consumed in the diet – Omegor Vitality 1000 is recommended at a dosage of 1-3 capsules per day.
- you want to contribute to normal cardiac function (1 capsule/day)
- you follow the Zone diet (3 capsules/day)
- to promote reduction of inflammation (2-3 capsules/day) – which can manifest through various disorders (headache, malaise, dry skin, digestive system disorders, anxiety, depression, etc.).
Dosage. It is preferable to take both Meaquor and Omegor Vitality capsules close to a main meal. I recommend, in any case, consulting your doctor before taking supplements, especially if you are also undergoing pharmacological treatments. I remain available for further information.
