Ask the Pharmacist

Which is the most suitable Omegar for acne for a 17 year old boy?

Dear Mrs. Rita,

In case of acne, it is useful to complement the diet with two complementary products such as Omegor TwinEFA and Omegor Antiage.

Omegor TwinEFA is a food supplement based on fish oil rich in Omega-3 EPA and DHA and borage oil rich in omega-6 GLA.

The combination of these two classes of fatty acids has a significant anti-inflammatory effect and can be useful to reduce discoloration and inflammatory skin lesions typical of this condition.

The simultaneous use of Omegor Antiage allows you to add an additional anti-inflammatory but especially antioxidant component.

The recommended dose is 2 capsules of Omegor TwinEFA and 1 capsule of Omegor Antiage to be taken close to a meal for a period of 2 months.

It is advisable that this intake be undertaken in agreement with the specialist’s opinion, who will be able to assess improvements and, based on these, extend or modify the method of administration of the products.

I remain available for further information,

Kind regards,

Dr. Rosaria Ramondino Pharmacist and Pharmaceutical Chemist
